I was initially nervous when Sue from A Canadian Podcast invited me on, as I am naturally shy. However, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and embrace the opportunity to share our newest venture with the celiac community. Sue was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the interview. We discussed my celiac diagnosis, my passion for natural health and how I came to create BELLY magazine. I found myself opening up and sharing my thoughts and experiences. It was a positive experience that helped me overcome my shyness and gain confidence in sharing my insights with others.
This podcast session felt less like an interview and more like two old friends chatting over a cup of tea! Her genuine interest in my work as a mindful nutritionist and her passion for podcasting made the conversation engaging and enjoyable. I appreciated her attentiveness and the way she guided the discussion, ensuring that it flowed smoothly and provided valuable insights for her listeners.
Being on A Canadian Podcast not only allowed me to share my knowledge with a
wider audience but also helped me grow personally. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and showed me that I am capable of confidently expressing myself. I am grateful for the opportunity and the positive impact it will have on introducing BELLY to the right readers.
